| Corporate Info: | Global Village (Mac®s) & Boca Research (PCs) were originally 2 brands of Boca Global, Inc., itself a subsidiary of Boca Research, a USA corporation headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida & founded in 1985. Boca then changed it's name to Inprimis, Inc. then on 1 Aug 2000 sold both modem trademarks to Zoom Telephonics, Inc. (Warranty Repair for non-Zoom modems continues to be the responsibility of Inprimis). Zoom is actively using the Global Village trademark, but Boca is now sat on the shelf. |
