A soft Windows-only Riser card that supports both V.90 and K56Flex^TM. Utilises an AC-link (AC97 2.1 compatible) AMR slot, CNR or MDC interface on appropriate motherboards to use the motherboard's DSP (Digital Signal Processer) chip. 09 Jan 2002 Thanks to Michael House for (finally) a Motorola download address. 01 Jul 2001 Motorola SPD announces that it is discontinuing all soft modem products and future development.
