The Webmaster
His name is Alex Kemp. He is 56, male and devastatingly good looking [well, 2 out of 3 isn't bad]. Currently living in Nottingham, England and formerly under-paid within the computer/Internet industry (now a Web-Site entrepreneur!!!), he has spent many years in the same industry, principally on the Windows platform although also some early DTP on Mac's. Relevant experience includes constructing crystal-sets as a young boy, soldering circuit boards at University, and assembling PC's plus providing hardware & software support when old enough to know better. Other experience in the district includes taking a camera apart when 9 (and failing to put it back together again), getting back failed Basic programs on punched-card in 1973, and failing to transfer information out of a CPM Xerox machine to a PC in the mid-1980's. Peripheral experience includes financial acumen to Trial Balance, early exposure to DTP & design, and a capacity for plain hard work.

The author is innately curious and naively eager to help. A technophile, he believes nevertheless that human beings and what they can achieve, in any decent field of endeavour that brings the future closer, counts for more than anything else. What is offered on these pages is done from the desire to be useful, and the author wishes you well & hopes that something here has helped.

What follows is done principally for my own purposes - to keep a log of work on the website.
