Upgrades at: Appears to be an Askey modem - use at your own risk [d/l the Askey ID program to confirm].
Notes: Dan Technology is a computer supplier rather than a modem manufacturer; this modem appeared with the Internet Xplora model.

The chipset comes in a 1 or 2 MB ROM, with internal and external versions, and voice options. BEWARE! as the correct version & type of flash is required or the modem will be dead, permanently [see Media Force].
